MAJUMO @ Shimokitazawa RPM

 

 

Hey guys !! I’m a bass guitar player Juna Serita !!

 

Today I had a gig of MAJUMO at Shimokitazawa RPM.

The member

guitar & vocal : Makoto Takahashi

drums : Momoko Aoki

bass & vocal : Juna Serita

 

RPM is one of my favorite bars . I’m so happy that I could have a gig here .

The great thing of Makoto is he doesn’t bring his own guitar always  but he can make his sound with rental guitar .

Thanks for coming anyway !

Feels like I perform everyday this week ….. I really need to take care of myself for staying healthy .

Type O session @Shimokitazawa RPM

 

Hey guys !! I’m a bass guitar player Juna Serita !!

 

Tifay I was hosting a jam session at Shimokitazawa RPM with the keyboard player Ayu Kang and the drummer Rikako Suzuki.

 

it was terrible rain. Thanks for coming in spite of the weather.

I’m happy that I still can play with the drummer Rikako even though she quit Tokyo Brass Style .

Our play style is totally different , but I can learn something new from her .

 

In the end of month , my own band and Rikako’s band will have a gig together at the same venue Shimokitazawa RPM!!

Today I was hosting a jam session with this members at Shimokitazawa RPM!!

I often play with Simon McDowell but it’s been a long time to play with Albert and Miho!

Many musicians came there , thanks !!

Actually my most favorite keyboard player also came in !!

His name is Gakushi, he perform for many major Japanese artists . He is a badass !!!

That was a great night .

Hey guys!! I’m a bass guitar player Juna Serita!!

 

Today I was hosting a jam session with Kang Ayu and Rikako Suzuki from Tokyo Brass Style!

The reason of  the event name is we all are type O !! lol

I’ve heard Type O & O match for each other very well. Yes they are always sweet and I feel so comfortable to be with them even though we haven’t known each other for a log time.

Many musicians came there, thanks a lot !!

We played some songs as host performance too.

That was a fun session ; ) !!

Tokyo Brass Style @ Tokyo City Keiba day 2

 

Hey guys!! I’m  a bass guitar player Juna Serita!!

Until morning I had a jam session at Shimokitazawa RPM!

There were many bass guitar players , so I was practicing keyboard actually lol  I really don’t know how to play it.

Thanks for coming everyone !! That was a fun session because of you guys ♡ I didn’t feel sleepy at all ; ) !

 

 

And at the evening , TOKYO BRASS STYLE had a performance at Tokyo City Keiba again ; ) !

Me , and the keyboard player Ayu-Kang . She is younger than me but I respect her a lot !! My favorite player ♡

The illumination was awesome !! I think our music really fit the illumination !

One of the audience  was saying we did better than yesterday .

Getting better day by day is the most important thing for musician♪♪

Oh we ate pizza for dinner at the dressing room !!

TOKYO BRASS STYLE @ MEGA ILLUMINATION & jam session at RPM

 

Hey guys!! I’m a bass guitar player Juna Serita!!

Today TOKYO BRASS STYLE had a performance at Tokyo City Keiba.

We performed 2 stages.

There are many families,couples ,etc….

We played some Christmas songs too ; ) !!!

It wasn’t so cold as I expected  ; )!

We’re performing here tomorrow evening too but the set list is totally different !!!  That’s gonna be fun ♪

 

And from 11:30 pm, I’m hosting jam session till 4:30 AM!! lol

I really often play with the drummer Simon McDowell but it was my first time to play with the sax player Harumo Imai.

I’ve heard about her from many people but I’d never seen her play in person.  She is superb !! And surprisingly she is the same age with me .  : D That was such a great  session !!

At the end of this month, I’m gonna be hosting jam session here again : )

October 28th , member is guitar Ryan Carter and drums Simon McDowell .

Hey guys !! I’m a bass guitar player Juna Serita !! 

 

The new collaboration video with Sina has been uploaded on her YouTube channel !!

 

This is my original song called Tiny Voice .

 

I just sent the bass and vocal track . Then she played the drum and sent me back .

I told them to feel free to play . She did great job ! Excellent !!!

My song got much cooler !! Appreciate!!

Akane Tajima @ Shimokitazawa club 251

 

 

 

Hey guys !! I’m a bass guitar player Juna Serita !!

 

Today I performed at Shimokitazawa club 251 for Akane Tajima as a backup-musician .

This is my first time to have a gig with these members .

I used to perform with a pianist and drummer for Akane .
So this time , feels like  kinda rock band more than before .

I have lots backing vocal sections too while playing the bass guitar  . Sometimes a little complicated but it’s beautiful melodies . I’m so inspired by her sense as a creator .

I’ll have a gig with her in July again , and also I’ll have recording for her new albums this month .

It’s exciting ; )!

Today I had a blues session at Shimokitazawa RPM as host member !

They are now students of my old school ; )

Drummer and vocalist !! I’m proud of that there are many great musicians in the university !

After we played about 3 songs as host performance,  the jam session started !!

Many great blues musicians came there, appreciate !!
