Rie a.k.a. Suzaku @ THIRD STONE in Fukushima,Osaka.

 

 

 

Hey guys!! I’m a bass guitar player Juna Serita!!

 

 

Today we are in Osaka for Rie a.k.a.Suzaku ‘s gig !!

 

It’s been a while that I’m in Osaka.

I like Osaka’s takoyaki!!

So today Rie a.k.a.Suzaku band had a gig at THIRD STONE in Fukushima, Osaka!

Rie said it’s been 6 years since she had a gig in Osaka last time .

Today’s set list was also very hot !!  On the encore song , we all had opened improvisation and it was such  a lively conversation in music .  So the song went 12 minutes or something . lol

I’m gonna have a concert with Rie in London in October .

I’m so excited about it too !!

CD jacket

 

 

Hey guys!! I’m a bass guitar player Juna Serita!!

 

I’ve finally done my CD process !!( I sent all of datas to the CD press company so now what I do next is just wait !! )

This is my album CD jacket by Atsuto Amazonica Onozawa.


I did my best as a bass guitar player , vocalist , song writer , producer , artist on the CD !! You know , I do love to play for artists / vocalists etc. However my dream is being not only a backup musician , but also an artist like my bass heroes/ heroines . So I hope this CD will be the beginning of my career as an artist .
I’m gonna have a release event on the 16 th September at Shiodome BLUE MOOD . I’m a little bit nervous already but more excited . Please book your schedule if you are around Tokyo, Japan .

 

 

 

BTW today I’m in Okasa for tomorrow’s Rie a.k.a. Suzaku show .

Always fun to play with her . She always inspired me .

I do love to be with the people who always try to make things better because I also easy to keep my motivation then .

SOBP@Osaka SO.Ra

 

 

Hey guys!! I’ m a bass guitar player Juna Serita !!

 

Today SHOKA OKUBO BLUES PROJECT had a gig without any acts in Osaka SO.Ra.

Today’s my running nose was not so bad compared with yesterday .♪

So I didn’t need to blow my nose so frequently when I’m on the stage.♪

And we had a two guests. An blues harp player Masato Takase and guitar player Takeshi Hayama!!

That was a fantastic session !!  Thanks everyone.

We ‘ll have only one more gig with the badass drummer Makotomo Sonohara.

I’m really gone miss him because he is like my elder brother. I’ve learned many things from his play.

Appreciate…. ; (

 

Anyway don’t forget our last gig on March 30th at Shimokitazawa Garden !!

It’ll be the last chance for you guys  to see SHOKA OKUBO BLUES PROJECT original member ‘s performance.

Today is the final day for music tour. ; ( Time flies.  Without question, this tour is the best that I’ve ever had. !!!  Soooo fine !!!

Yesterday I sang “I’m ready” and  “Baby I like that your doing” but today I changed “I’m ready” to “Route66”.

It’s the first time in a while that I sang this song. After all I like it ; )

Thank you everyone for coming to our gig!!  I and Shoka will come to Osaka in March again with drummer Makotomo. : )

After the gig , SO.Ra’s boss gave us “butaman”….!!! Wooooooooow    It is also one of Osaka local foods I think.

Thanks Tsuda-san!!

Anyway, I really enjoyed this tour . That was the best that I’ve ever had.   I don’t have a plan to perform with Emi as SHOKA OKUBO FUNKY PROJECT but I can play with her in LA ; )!!!  I can’t wait LA trip ….

Today is the second day for music tour .   SHOKA OKUBO FUNKY PROJECT’s gig took place in Osaka SO.Ra without any acts.

It was full !!! Super thanks!! Osaka’s people are always sweet to us.

I also sang two songs as main vocalist ; ) It is probably rare case.

In the anchor , the drummer Emi’s  friend Timothy Reid sat in us! He is a guitar player and live in Osaka.

We played slow blues together . His phrase was superb!  We had a nice conversation with instruments ; )!

When I was performing , people looked so excited . I’m sure Osaka’s people love blues, funk.

Thanks for the gifts, too.

I’ll eat them little by little.

 

Tomorrow is our tour  final day .  Maybe the SET LIST will be totally different with today.!　You should come ; )!
