Today TOKYO GROOVE JYOSHI had a show which is a vocalist Yoshie’s biethday show at Giga Bar Tokyo !!
Giga Bar is the place I used to work as a member of house band ! So feels like I came back to my hometown ^^
You know, in Japan these day too many events get cancelled because of virus . but Yoshie decided to do it today, and the venue was really packed . It was full of Yoshie’s fan.
And thanks for the great photo, it’s shooted by Tetsuo Ishiwa.
We played both covers and Yoshie’s original songs . Thanks for having TGJ as a back band.!!

Today was actually my final Giga Bar Tokyo day …; (
I’ve worked here as a bass guitar player of thehouse band for 1 and half year .
I passed the audition but then , the boss said to me “ You’re great funk player , but seems like you are not good at rock…lol” . I kinda prepended to be a multi player , but he recognized that . lol
So Giga Bar has so many repertories about 250 songs . Over half songs should be rock music .
When I started work here , actually I only knew 10 songs ..lol
Since then , many people helped me to learn the other songs . Musicians , boss , and also the audience .
I’m so happy to be here with you guys , I’m so lucky .
I quit here , but I ‘m pretty sure I’ll come back often just for hangout / dinner .
The reason I quit is , I just wanted more time for myself .
I wanted to have more time to prepare for Juna Serita’sshow , TOKYO BRASS STYLE ’s show , TOKYO GROOVE JYOSHI’s show . And also I wanted to more work on song writing as SSW.
Anyway , I’ll keep going on my music stuff , and hopefully I’ll be ex-Giga Bar Musician that everyone proud of .

Hey guys!!! I’m a bass guitar player Juna Serita!!
This morning when I woke up I was so tired , but I was so grateful at the same time .
To be honest I was so afraid of yesterday ‘s show … I know people can compare with the last show . but many people said to me the show was greater than last one !!!
It made me motivated a lot for my solo project . Now I got tons of ideas for the future . So excited to do it .!!!

Today was Giga Bar day . The keyboard player was Emi from TOKYO GROOVE JYOSHI!!
Playing with Emi is really rare unless it is TOKYO GROOVE JYOSHI.
And TGJ ‘s producer came to check how we do .lol
Time flied . It was so much fun .

This is the drummer and my little sis MiMi. She get better every single day . Incredible !!
Our debut show is on October 10th at Yotsuya Moebius. Ayu Kang will sell her first audios on the day . I played the bass guitar on it too ; ) (at the recording , the drummer was Rikako Suzuki, not MiMi tho.)
I’ll bring my own goods too ; )!
And at night I had a Giga Bar Tokyo .
I didn’t mean it but many people said to me it’s been a while !
This is the keyboard player Okubo-san. We’re gonna have performance tomorrow as another act. I’m gonna play as SHOKA OKUBO FUNKY PROJECT , and he is gonna play as Penguin at Harajuku Crocodile.

This afternoon I came back to Tokyo from Fukushima prefecture .
After I got home , I was thinking about my CD release party in Yokohama on the October 26th.
I designed the flyer by myself . And finally I exactly decided the set list .
Every single time I wanna challenge something new because I believe that makes me better as a musician.

At night I had a performance at Giga Bar Tokyo.
Today it was private party which is after party of wedding . The couple was really nice and seemed really happy . OMG they made me feel I wanna get married . lol
