day82~I’m STUPID ; ( ~

Hey guys!! I’m a bass guitar player Juna Serita!!

Today I left this international school.

Many friends told me they will miss me. I can’t believe why I have so many friends now. I’m so lucky that I could get to know you guys ; ) !!

And also I already got my diploma , but I just wanted to say good by and give letters to my teachers . So I went each classes.

They gave some present and letter …. I’ve never expected that….

I don’t wanna read it otherwise I will be keen to stay here longer …lol

I’m going bananas !! Those will be my treasures . ; ( !!!

And also we enjoyed final volleyball game and pizza party.

I’m pretty sure I’m always laughing here because of you guys.

And I got some pictures taken with my sweet roommates.

They all are so kind to me all the time even though I walk in our room without clothes after taking shower. : D

And also they accept that I practice playing the bass guitar and singing at the balcony . Actually I’m often afraid whether I’m noisy or not. Sorry, and Thank you!!

She is my Vietnamese batch-mate Sarah .

She really knows my act well. To get a terrible diarrhea one term a month , being so tired after changed course everyday . Above them she often told me her opinion as an advice . I ‘m so grad to be cared by you . I’m gonna miss your shining smile so much…..

When I leave here, many friends came to the front of gate to say “good bye” to me. Time flies truly .

I’ll never forget you all ; ( !!!

And then my close friend Pai saw me off the bus station. I said to her that go ahead please ’cause I’ll feel so lonely if I stay with her anymore. After I got in the bus, she went.

Thanks my friends everything.

I’ll never forget you all .

Then, a woman was sitting on my seat.

Juna「Excuse me..? Is it your seat….? because my number is 2C .」

Filipino「I’m also 2 C 」

Juna & Filipino「？？？？　why？？？？」

Filipino「I’ll look for stuff and ask.」

Juna「Okey I should go with you.」

We found the stuff at front of the door . Then there were some people who I know . Surprisingly they ware my school’s friends in addition, one of them also had a number “2C”….. lol

Seems like triple booking… Exactly our all seat was 2C and the departure was 7 PM…..

Suddenly the stuff said to me

「Is it yours? It is 9th. Tomorrow tomorrow. Today is 8th .」

J「・・・・・・・・・・・・」

Are you kidding me……！？

Yes, he was right.

I had perfectly misunderstood that today is 9th .

Therefore, I took a taxi and came back to the school……. Of course, the security guard was wondering why I came back…

I’m so embarrassed !!! ; (

I already told my many friends “GOOD BYE” and they saw me off in front of the gate!!

And I LEFT !!!

However I’m still in the school …… it’s too weird …. my gush what a stupid woman I am .…. ; ( ; ( ; ( Which means I’ll stay here tonight , too.

I don’t wanna see my friends anymore . lol

Just now my friend Pai sent a message to me “I forgot take your ID card!!”.

She was asking me that she want my school ID card when I leave here as a memory.

Juna「Don’t worry. See you soon.」

Pei 「・・・・・・・」

Pei「Yes… see you soon.」

day81~graduation ceremony ~

Hey guys!! I’m a bass guitar player Juna Serita!!

TODAY’S MEAL MENU

Today I had a graduation ceremony in the school.

There are many teachers that I love here.

My night group speaking class’s teacher and classmate!!

We everyday have debate each topic. The teacher is so smart ’cause she always can read what I want say . So when I’m not sure how to express my opinion in English she helps me kindly . Without question , she is an expert!!

My reading teacher Teacher Weng !!

She is a very attractive woman . First I couldn’t find out the correct answer at all in the class. Even though, it was 1 out of 10, she always tells me 「Uhn…… It’s okey! not zero !!! 」. lol Above all, the inside of her room smells so good!!

I have never seen that he blinks …. In my case I usually blink 5 times in 10 seconds . So I do respect him !!! And his handouts are very useful .

And my 1 on 1 listening teacher .

Oh but her class just started 3 days ago actually … I’m sorry to say but I don’t know her name … However , I think this is destiny ’cause we have a lot in common . Especially ,she is much more familiar with black music than me. And her character is also quite unique . That is why I’m into her so much the fact that I’ve just met her.

And my 1 on 1 writing teacher .

She is like my elder sister , but when I called her “sister”, she said 「No! I’m not your sister!!」.lol I feel lonely … She is sometimes so hard on me especially when I have some mistakes in my sentences and my writing is too beautiful . Although , it is also one of her charms I think. Today she shared her coffee and pieces of cookies for me . In fact she is kind of gentle!!

And from the back, teacher Maggie (my 1 on 1 speaking teacher), Juna , and … sorry I don’t know this teacher’s name but today we had a lively conversation with girls’ talk ; D

The first impression on meeting of teacher Maggie is that she is a good dancer .　To be honest I didn’t know how to close to her at first because she looked quite funny , and also very popular person among either teachers or students. I’m kind of shy and not outgoing. So for me, she is like an alien . but now I can talk everything to her . Something deep, serious, dirty , and so on … lol She is not only my teacher ,but also great friend!!

And I changed cause semi-sparta to IELTS 6 weeks ago. I loved all semi-sparta teacher ,too. !!!!

I’ll never forget you guys : D

day80~wearing shorts is taboo in Baguio City ..?~

Today I was wearing shorts ’cause my all long pants have gone to laundry .

When I got in the classroom, my writing teacher told me “Please wear long pants!!”

It beat me why teacher said so. I just asked why I need to do that, and I like shorts.

Then the teacher explained the reason.

「There is saying that

Magsaysay got extended because of tourist wearing pek-pek shorts .　」

First , I didn’t understand what she meant .

According to her, Magsaysay is name of the road in Baguio , Philippines , and many prostitutes who wearing shorts and sleeveless stand on the road to catch men .

Nowadays a lot of tourists including me wearing shorts in Baguio , And majority of residents don’t wear it.

That’s why a parson said the line got extended by tourists.

The meaning of “pek-pek”is female genitalia in Tagalog .

Oh I didn’t know about it at all….

We shouldn’t wear shorts in Baguio. She said in Manila and Cebu are no problem .

Now and then the difference of culture is difficult …..

day79~extend….!?~

Today when I run into a teacher who usually works at help desk , she asked me when my graduation is.

I told her that it is Thursday and I’ll leave here Friday night. She looked very surprised and said to me I’ve adapted to Baguio ‘s life more than other students , that’s why she had expected that I’ll extend my studies plan . lol

Noway, I can’t spend money here anymore and my schedule in Japan as a bass guitar player is already fixed . I want have a gig soon.♪

However , certainly I’ll miss my friend and some teacher . ; ( ; ( ; (

BTW　we often discuss about each countries news in the class.

Unfortunately I don’t check at all…. So when teacher asked me about Japan,

「S….sorry .. even if I can talk in Japanese about it, I have no idea actually…」

My classmates ware laughing .

There was nothing I can say ; ( I’m so embarrassed ….

day78~booked !!~

Today I was looking for the room I’ll stay when I’ll be in Los Angeles .

First, I found a quite cheap dormitory near by downtown.

Which has wifi,breakfast, and so on .. but there is no laundry … So I was considering this and another one.

And I consulted my mother,too. She said that I should choose a higher grade hotel ’cause safety is most important. Above all ,she will be worried if I will choose it.

I told her that my budget is not enough at all, so I can’t afford to spend money for accommodation .

Then she asked me whether I know the fact that this dormitory is mixed-gender room , and she thinks probably there would be some guys who apply for doing “something” in the mixed-gender room.

To be honest, I overlooked the information ….lol I’m so embarrassed : D

Of course , I shouldn’t choose it even if the male roommate is my close friend. I don’t wanna be pregnant still now… : (

All men are always “wolf” even though I’m not an attractive woman . : )

And the other accommodation doesn’t say anything about the bedroom set-up . So I sent a message to the owner.

Juna「Hello I’ m Japanese 23 years old female Juna. How are you? The reason I go to LA is for NAMM show and I wanna look around LA’s music scene for my music learning . Your house is very clean in spite of the fact that very cheap . But I have one uneasiness . I couldn’t see the photo of the bed room . How is it??」

Owner 「Hi Juna. Don’t worry . We are brand-new house . We have room for girl. 」

The owner gave me response quickly . It helped me. Therefore I booked this owner’s room.

I told about it to my mother ,too. Maybe she is relieved a little…?

Anyway, I can’t wait LA trip!!!

When I and yuki had a lively conversation at the lounge , all of a sudden my Chinese friend Borges asked us whether we wanna try to drink cappuccino which made by him .

I was truly surprised ’cause I had never expected his great skills like this. He’ll go to MBA after graduation of the school. So I was wondering why he is taking barista course without a plan to take working holiday.

He told me this is just inference for him.

He is my classmate of IELTS. I haven’t seen that he was absent from the class. Very studious guy actually.

Thanks Borges! It was superb!!

And also after eating dinner,my Taiwanese friend James offered some dishes he made to the students who was at the dining room .

It beat me and I was wondering why James is cooking . His best friend Borges said “James just likes cooking, it is his hobby .”

However, the tastes was not amateur level. He is professional ….

I want him to open his Taiwanese restaurant in Japan without flattery . . Shinjuku or Shibuya would be convenient for me : D If he’ll do, I’ll attend there 3times a week

day76~Vigan sweets~

Today’s meal menu

I overslept this morning…. what a lazy woman I am..

Some of my friends came back to the dormitory from Vigan .

They gave me Vigan’s soul sweets ♪♪　Happy !!!

Thanks my Japanese friend Yuki!!

The chocolate brownie was so good!!

And my Taiwanese friend Joleen .♪

She works as English teacher in Taiwan. The conversation with her always makes me inspired .

It’s like a rice cake…? Not too sweet, it is just right. I love it ♪

I really have many great friends

BTW, my close friend Haru has left here and she’s in Australia by now .

Which means, we lost one basketball member…. ; (

I’m missing her so much but I know she does enjoy her own life there.

day75~ring~

Hey guys!! I’m a bass guitar player Juna Serita!!

This morning I ate 5 pieces of watermelon ,kimchi ,stir fried rice , a bowl of soup , and bread for breakfast .

And for lunch I ate cabbage , two peaces of deep fried chicken,stir fried vegetables,kimchi, and a bowl of soup.

dinner menu was stir fried vegetables , deep fried vegetables , kimchi , a bowl of egg soup ,curry , and a spring rolled banana.

Today’s workout involved 3sets of 15 back extensions , 3 sets of 10 barbell shrug(60LB), 3sets of 10 bent over rowing( 60 LB), and 3 sets of 15 one arm dumbbell rowing ( 8 LB).

I am proud that my lower body muscle feel sore enough from yesterday’s workout today and hope tomorrow I can feel result of my workout in my backs and shoulder .

After eating dinner I went to the center of city to buy souvenirs for my families with jeepney .

I’m a student ,so I pay only 13.5PH(around 0.27 $). Compared with taking a taxi(around 100 PH),quite cheap , isn’t it?

Actually this is my first time ’cause I didn’t have a chance to use it. I’m pretty sure I’m gonna choose jeepney from now on when I found it first.

Well, I’ve bought some things on the session road,but it is still not good enough in spite of the fact that my rest of the money is only few… ; (

The best purpose I went out alone today is that I wanted to go to a bar named Other Office for jamming with local musicians . My Filipino friend I met at a bar recommended the bar to me. Unfortunately , I couldn’t find it and all the people I asked didn’t know…

I think most Baguio people doesn’t have much in common with each other . . Even taxi drivers also didn’t know….

It was already 11:00 PM, so I ended up to give up to go there and tried to take a taxi, but……. : (

They don’t stop at all…Above them ,I was waiting around 3 hours.. wow what a day..

Oh but I had only one good thing it is that I found a good ring which matches me!!

I’d been looking for a ring like that since I came here..

I’m satisfied with it ; ) It was 120 PH(around 2.4$) at Night Market .

It’ll be one of my treasures ; )♪

day74~It’s my first time…~

Hey guys!! I’m a bass guitar player Juna Serita!!

TODAY’S MEAL

breakfast

pancake / apple / minced beef / soup / black coffee /

spinach / tomato / kimchi / sausage / cooked pork and potato / bean sprout soup /

I want to workout before eating meal.

So , today I worked out before breakfast and lunch.

★dumbbell squat 8LB × 2 30×3 sets

★bulgarian split squat 15 right and left ×3sets

★standing booty kicks 40 right and left × 3sets

★hip lift 30×３sets

Today I have abs muscle pain ♪　happy!! I hope tomorrow I have booty muscle pain .

My Japanese friend Haru graduated from the school today.

We are so close. Almost everyday we played basketball together. And also we drank until morning one day.

So this is kind of Haru’s farewell party.

We went to a restaurant named “GOOD TASTE”! Many teacher recommended this restaurant to me. Finally I got it ♪

The menu is cheap but the amount is good enough , and exactly “GOOD TASTE”!!!

We all are very satisfied ; ) I wanted to know there earlier .

After that We went to a bar … oh I forgot the name. but it was down stair of BAR ONE PIECE .

Everyone ordered beer , but I ordered strawberry shake ’cause I’m teenager .

Sorry, just kidding . The reason is that I need to avoid alcohol for building body.

We enjoyed dancing . My Chinese friend Alonso is so good dancer. I didn’t know his talents.

After the bar, we ware talking whether we should go back to the dormitory or go to a gay bar. My Taiwanese friend Ester seems really like gay bar. In Japan, there are many gay bar, but I’ve never tried. No reason, just I didn’t have an opportunity . 　Gays around me always attracts me. So I thought it must be fun.

Inside of the bar, tall guys who wearing only bikini pants are dancing on the stage. That was kind of interesting. Their public hair was showing… I didn’t know how I should react…. lol

It was another world .. yes, it is also one of the good experiences.
