Today I had a gig of TOKYO GROOVE JYOSHI at Shibuya Terraplane.
Today’s guest musician is the guitarist called Chizuru Segawa .
She actually played for our album too : )
And the vocalist Ura-Chan sat in our performance too : ) ! Thanks for coming !
This is our last gig of the year . Our first gig of next year is on January 13 th . It’s the drummer Yuriko’s birthday party : )

Today I had a show of TOKYO BRASS STYLE ! Actually the drummer MiMi had another appointment and she wasn’t available . So today’s drummer is Yuriko Seki from TOKYO GROOVE JYOSHI !
We performed in a shopping mall called my plaza which has a high ceiling ,so you know… it was really difficult to make nice bass sounds; ( I gotta work on the problem .
Anyway thanks for coming everybody . TOKYO BRASS STYLE with a drummer Yuriko must be kinda fresh ! you guys are lucky .

Today I had a performance for Rain& Satomi at Bauhaus Roppongi!
It was my first time to perform here. It’s actually kinda close to Giga Bar Tokyo!
Some Giga member also came to the show , I really appreciate and happy that I saw them again ; ) !!!!
We played variety of songs . At the encore, we played 3 christmas songs .
I think this month I play “All I want for Christmas is you ” at least with 4 bands ! lol maybe more.

Hey guys!! I’m a bass guitar player Juna Serita!!
Today I had a rehearsal for a gospel singer called TiA !
She is Japanese but moved to NY , and now came back to Japan for a while .
She is inspired by gospel . She won No.1 McDonald’s Gospel Fest and appeared on NY times , chosen as one of the most worldwide Japanese this year .
This time, the backup musicians are actually only 3 people includes me . Feels like I’m getting used to it … lol Just always trying to work a little more than my task. Not only the bass guitar , but also backing vocal as much as possible ’cause her songs need many voices ! lol
Anyway , I’m excited about the show , We’re gonna have 3 days , and the guest sax player is different each day .

Hey guys !! I’m a bass guitar player Juna Serita !!
Today I had a performance for a singer song writer MEAJYU .
I’ve performed with her once before , but today is a little bit different situation ‘cause this is “ acoustic show “ .
The backup musician was only 3 of us , piano, bass guitar , drums .
However I never felt like the sound is missing something . I think this is just simple but best . : )
At the end of setlist , MEAJYU sang new song which is about moving to Tokyo from country side .
You know , I’m also originally country girl , so I can understand her feeling ,pressure ,etc as well.
But she never show her uneasiness , and always try taking care of people around her . That admired me so much .
She is the greatest .

Today I had a rehearsal as a percussionist from the morning ! lol
I’ve never expected like this but I’m gonna debut this end of year as a professional percussionist !!!lol And hopefully the day won’t end my career as a percussionist …lol
It’s actually fun . I think sometimes should more try the other instruments.
At night TOKYO GROOVE JYOSHI had a show at LDH kitchen HANEDA ; ) !
Today’s guest vocalist is Rita Nishikawa ! She is my buddy !
I do love her heartfelt vocal , and do love her looking actually ! ( my ideal girl AF !! )
I and Rita are gonna have one more gig with different band this month . It’s gonna be exciting too ; )
Actually one of my fan got surgery , and I’m kinda worried how he is now . (because he ALWAYS come to my show whoever I play with. lol)
Hope he’s gonna be alright soon ; )

Today I had Christmas special dinner show with this member at Yokohama Geihinkan organized by AGOLA wedding rebel !
I’m happy that I’m involved this year too. (I started to work with the rebel called AGOLA then )
I act (?) the character ” sexy Juna ” of the band Mickie Yoshino with AGOLA rhythm section .
The musical actress were really great . It was such a nice opportunity to meet new peeps .
