Hey guys! Im a bass guitar player Juna Serita!
I was cooking my lunch for dieting .
The ingredients are pork, green pepper . tomato,brown beech mushroom. And some seasonings.
first, cut the vegetables.
Second, stir fry with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Put pork , mixed water and soy sourse in the pan.
Cook them in covered pan.
Do 60 hip lift in a raw in the interim.
DONE!!!!!

I have heard that even if tomato is cooked, it doesn’t lose the nutrition.
